We consider our resources the most valued asset. We have stringent resource selection criteria to make sure that our resources have the basic requirements in terms of language and communication skills, and familiarity with localization tools. All our resources are:
- Native language speakers
- Min 4 years of experience
- Holders of university degrees for translators and MA for reviewers
- TRADOS efficient users
- At least two references for previous projects
- Appropriately qualified in their technical areas
- Industry-experts for the material they translate
In addition, we invest much in qualifying our resources to meet our client’s expectations. Resources receive on-going training sessions on localization project management, terminology management, translation memory and publishing tools.
